First is a fried prawn rice bowl. This is yummy!! There were some pieces of vegetables inside the fried prawn:)
When I wrote down this blog, I remembered Yummy Japanese Food....
And also, I ate too much. That's why I need to try vegetarian.
さてさて、最近働き始めたんですが、それとともにベジタリアン生活も開始。
でもやっぱり肉、魚が恋しいので正月に日本に帰って食べてきた和食の一部をご紹介。
まずはかきあげ丼。地味だけど、おいしい。
ニュージーランドにも、どんぶり屋さんはCityにあってTake awayとかできるみたい。
でも、あんまり外食しないので、聞かないで＾＾
次はうな丼。ニュージーランダーはうなぎなんか食べないだろうと思ってたけど。
昔のニュージーランドに住んでたマオリの人たちは食べてたんだって。言葉もそうだけど、マオリと日本の文化は似てるところがあるので、結構面白い＾＾
最後に、お雑煮。といろいろ食べてしまったので、食生活改善中。
年のせいか、1週間の不摂生を戻すのに2,3週間かかる。。。。
あーやっぱりもうちょっとベジタリアン生活続けよう。
Year-crossing noodles are traditional Japanese food. Japanese people eat noodles, mainly Soba noodles, on New Year's Eve. But this time we had "Tukemen", which is similar to "Ramen" (Chinese noodles) and separates noodles from soup. When we eat "Tukemen", we dip some noodles into the soup. This soup was made from pig bones and some fishes, so it was very tasty!!
